Submitting an inquiry does not create a brokerage agreement; any representation is subject to a separate written agreement.

It is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Verify all information independently before making any decision.

By providing your phone number and choosing WhatsApp or text messaging as a contact method, you agree to receive messages from Prime Realty about your inquiry, property listings, showings, and related real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

The Site may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Realty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
